When you send a booking request, RickyArchived collects your name, email, phone number, session type, preferred date and time, location, and any details you add.

How it’s used

Only to review, schedule, and carry out your session, and to contact you about it. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Who can see it

Your request is stored in a secured database that only Ricky can access through a password-protected admin area. Text alerts to Ricky include only your first name and last initial, the session type, and the requested date — never your email, phone, or address.

These services process your information on Ricky’s behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Twilio (text alerts to Ricky, if turned on), Stripe (deposits), and Google Calendar (confirmed sessions, if connected).

Payments

Deposits are paid on Stripe’s secure checkout page. This website never sees or stores your card number.
